Malibu is convenient and the location is okay.. Marijuana is a serious problem that the management does tend to overlook but worth the money and quality construction! I would say though, management is accomodating..Don't let all of the negative reviews fool you.. They listen to suggestions and have fixed the mail problem. I would say out of all the rent by the room this is the best!!
