Not worth the money you have to pay

This place is so not worth the highpriced rent that we pay. The walls are so cheap that my stereo literally fell right out and brought the dry wall with it. The utilities that are "included" are anything but sufficient. You are given $120 allotment for electricity a month, but this is nothing but a scheme to get tenant's money.We never ran our air conditioning,turned out all lights, and did all our dishes by hand and somehow we still went over by an excessive amount every month. One of the big "pros" is the security. NOT REALLY!!! The gates never work they all either hang wide open, or not even your clicker will get you in. The security systems don't work, the "emergency" buttons don't alert the police or anything, they just make a really loud noise in the one apartment.The worst part of Malibu is the people in the office. They are of no help, they sit there and when you ask a question, you get 5 different answers from 5 different people. They all have no idea what is going on. The property manager is the worst of all. I asked her a question 1 day, and came back the next and got a completely different answer.She only tells you what she thinks you want to hear.All in all, this is the worst place to live in Tampa, and I would not let my worst enemy live there.
