Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
(1) have the patience and will to take out your own garbage bags about 500 feet across a well lit parking lot.
(2) have the will to investigate your electrity bill. I did and got my issues resolved with TECO directly.
(3) like ping pong tables. They have two.
(4) don't use the Internet much. The connection they have hear is about what one household gets, but they distribute across the entire 200 tenants and cap it at around 100KB/sec max.
(5) sleep late enough for the gym to be open when you wake (it opens around 10am or so).
(6) can come in to check your mail before they lock the common area around 11pm.
(7) can lock your door to your apartment so riff-raff college people want to bes don't sneak into the building through the broken security gates and walk into your apartment.
(8) can pay the extra $10 dollars for parking (which I have NEVER had a problem with).
(9) don't mind beautiful (sometimes stuck up people). There aren't many ugly people here, guys.
(10) want to live somewhere were there is no kids.
(11) can take some bass and noise on Friday and Saturday nights (and only occassionally).
(12) love to walk around. We have Einstein Bagels, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Beef o' Brady's, and school all within a quarter mile.
(13) aren't a big fan of lounging areas or sport amenitities like basketball/raquetball because there isn't any.
(14) like pool volleyball. (They have that!)
(15) can deal with management by being firm but polite.
(16) can take chance by getting lucky with roommates if you get put into a apartment that you don't know all other three people living in it.
