The year I spent living at Malibu was a nightmare. One thing after the other broken, construction mess and just poor building design and material in general, EXTREME rudeness from management, numerous "unexplained fees", unfufilled promises and the office staff, particularly the property manager , are uncooperative, unwilling to answer questions, uninterested in the happiness and well-being of their residents and always give out contradictory information. Way over priced, Malibu was built cheapily and in a hurry and it shows. Once you sign the lease here they grab you by the balls and take you to the cleaners DON'T DO IT!!!!
