pick one:

1) you party a lot and don't mind noise

2) homebody... studies a lot. why don't you just stay at your parents' house then?!! goshh...

if you're the first one, malibu is for you. you'll probably be too drunk most of the time to notice the bad things about this place. plus, it's close to campus.
