Malibu WONDERFUL for students

I have lived at Malibu for a year now and I absolutely love it! I was paired up with ideal roommates and couldn't be happier. The layouts are AMAZING in comparison to other student apartment complexes and the grounds are very well maintained. The elevator always smells fresh and is very clean. My room is very spacious and I love having my own bathroom. The shower is very nice because it never runs out of hot water and I like to take long showers. The price is worth it for what you get and it is very safe and secure. The walls are so thick that you can't hear anyone else around you. Sometimes even your own roommates. The only thing that I don't like is paying for parking but thankfully it is optional- you can park in an ungated but camera monitored lot for free. I would defiantly recommend this place!
