I lived here last year and then moved to Sterling. I wish I would've stayed. Aside from the fact that you have to live with 4 people, Malibu isn't bad at all. It's VERY QUIET!! You can't hear any of the neighbors, which is great. The staff will definitely try to charge you for anything when you move out, and $15 parking is a rip-off, but I would take Malibu over Sterling anyday.
