Please don't be fooled by Mallory Square. Yes it is a new complex and yes you may get a new apartment but let me tell you about what you will get! You will get absolutely NO PARKING ANYWHERE unless u get a garage which you will be charged $100 extra for. Avoid this place at all costs. There are residents here who have no garage and no parking. Don't even think about parking anywhere near a handicapped spot because they will fine you over $200. Also, don't park anywhere they need to pave because they will tow you. There is no parking here for normal residents. You will be out of luck. Next complaint, the quality of the apartments, don't expect any straight or normal cabinets. Everything is shoddy and out of place. All of my cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms especially are crooked, not sraight or when you open them they hit the side of the wall. Your actual NEW apartment will look nothing like the model. The manager knows that the quality sucks but does nothing about it. Everything negative is blamed on construction workers who seem nowhere to be found or to be made to fix. I have paint all over my cabinets and also spikes that stick up all over the carpet. My garage door opener doesn't work and the lock on the garage is sticking out two inches. Don't expect someone to come touch up your paint because it will never happen. Don't expect new appliances because they put them in so fast that they scratch them and dent them. This place is terrible for the price that you pay. I would advise you to go elsewhere where they have there stuff together. All of the staff seem really nice when you try to move in but after you are here you might as well forget it. The gate did not close for months. The landscaping is terrible and non-existent. There is even an alligator behind my apartment and you pay what for that view of the wetlands and lake that does not excist. Also, there are no fire extinguishers on any floor of my building and the lighting is out and not replaced. All of this has not changed for over 3 months. Also the building still looks unfinished even after 3 months. Paint is missing from things and the stucco is not even finished. The sidewalk is still cracked. SERIOUSLY, if you are even thinking about moving here, PLEASE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Heed the complaints on here. They are not from a few bitter residents. This place is totally mismanaged from the beginning. Residents are even thinking of a class action lawsuit because of so many problems.
