Im 21 and this is my 3rd apartment i had a 2b 2ba apartment in brandon for 680 ya cheap but i would have rather stayed there for all the crap that happens here. To start off with me and my g/f got towed the same night and woke up to no cars because of the parking here. they warned the people in the round about that it was a tow away zone but no where else there is a vaccant detached garrage system that everyone parks infront of because a parking space is like finding a needle in a hay stack unless you live in the townhome style ones where there is less parking needed and then there is no lights at all and it backs up to the woods im affraid my g/f is going to come home to some animal attacking her or even a person. They say its securely gated community but there is no fense at all around the community anyone can walk in. all they say about the parking problem is you can buy a garage for 100 a month other then that we cant help you. the towing of my car caused me to not get a job i was suppose to start the day of and is causing me to break the lease "thank god" but they dont even care what there actions caused. then my g/f car gets hit by a truck that we know did it and they say nothing can be done. then there maintence people like to scope out the apartment and come by and take whatever they please. break ins happen reguarly with no forceable entry at all someone who has a key. the pool is always cloudy and never know what is floating in it the HOT tub is more like a bubbly cold tub. not to mention a fence around the pool with gaps and i have personaly seen atleast a 9 foot gator walk across the pool deck at night not good at all. If you have a dog do not walk it around the lakes it is infested with gators not just small ones HUGE ones. As far as the quality of apartment Crappy floors are wavy front door slams doesnt click shut unless you lock it , cabinets in battroom stick and are lopsided. our neighbors dishwasher fell out EVERYONE in my complex wants out. the ones who recomned this place are most likely the staff trying to help the review or someone who is old and doesnt get out enough to see what is going on. look at all the reviews the problems i have listed are told by many. seems like the complex started off nice but went completely down hill again its all about the money , my advice is camden bay or the preserve down the street 915 for a 1 br 1ba with tile and a real direct acces garage

Other than the obvious need to learn spelling and a grasp of the English language, what he says isn't far from the truth. The walls are thin, the doors are hung so that they slam and cause irritations between neighbours. Break-ins occur and nothing is done other than report it to the Management company. Regarding the break ins: The letter that was placed on everyone's door stated that they occured during the day when no one was home and that they were not forced. So apparently the doors weren't locked? Either this or someone had a master key. When my car was broken into, I spoke with the Police officer and his comment was that on the day the place opened there were six robberies in the same manner, with a master key. Something to make you go Hrmmm. Me thinks this place doth protest too much. It's not living up to the respectability. I'll be glad when my lease is done and over with.

I agree with JLMAXIMA1- and clearly he was mad when he wrote the review, as I think we all have typo errors when we're upset! Let's not forget to mention the DEAD BODY they found in the lake! Yeah, A BIG NO THANKS TO THIS PLACE!!
