This facitly was meant to be great but anyone can come in and rob you while you are working. There should be a guard at the gate or something that guards the place during the day. Too many home robberys in one year and they have police as tenants. Background checks were probably not done because of the types of tenants that came through and within two months you found eviction notice on their door. The security is below average and it's a big mistake in having a gym where anyone from the outside can come in. The pool is used by people across the street from those townhouses. They come in the pool with cutoff shorts. The planning of this place was below average. Garbage mounts up because the one facility for disposal is not adequate for 12 plus buildings with multifple families. The grounds keeper does not truly check halls to make sure tenants keep them clean. One tenant had 5 bags of smelly garbage in front of his door for two days and no one checked. I would not recommend this place because of lack of security.

The good thing is I experienced a place where the noise was at a minimum. Once we had to ask for the music to be toned down. They were very nice and complied. I'm in an area where you not in the middle of all the buildings so noise is very low.

Would I recommend....No because you would have to hide your valuables during the day just in case someone broke in. Not a good feeling. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
