Can't Wait to get out!

1. I fear for my safety and security
2. The gates have never worked right nor has the security camera that was in the gate when I first moved in.
3. The large number of transients either wondering threw the complex or using the facilities such as the gym or pool. I enjoy swimming and one pool is not enough for a complex of this size.
4. The lack of a security patrol or logical security fence around the complex. I am not sure what the point of having gates is if someone can just step over the fence'
5. Difficulty retaining renters or flood insurance due to the high crime rate in the complex and elevation of the property being in a high flood zone.
6. Very poor construction with paper thin walls.
For the simple fact that I feel for the price of this complex and how new everything is, that it would have been held to a higher standard. Things are broken and or finished, and the grounds are not taken care of. I expected when we moved in this complex would have a higher class of residents, things would work correctly and the grounds would be and manicured and kept up. The complex has continued to go down hill over the past six months since the manager Stephanie was shipped off. I am very disappointed.
