Very poor design with dangerous roads, terrible construction, unqualified and unprofessional management staff (with some notable exceptions), zero security (the gate has not worked for months, many non-residents wandering the place and facilities at night), how not to do landscaping, 1 trash compactor for too many units (a health hazard and possibly not up to code), limited facilities (which are not kept clean or safe), a few water mocassin snakes on your doorstep to add a little fun, most management/maintenance employees leave after a short time (can't blame them, they too have to live in this slum). Stay away at all costs, do not be fooled by the unprofessional sales staff, most likely they will have moved on before the ink is dry on your lease. Most residents do not feel safe in this getto, most are very unsatisfied with the management company (which is impossible to track down accurately). AVOID THIS PLACE
