We've lived here since febuary 2006. the only good person in the office left shortly after we moved in. There's been a lot of break-ins making it seem like an inside job as none of the locks have been forced open. Parking is horrible and there are tons of dark areas with no lighting for the parking that is very very far away. Can hear neighbors thru the walls.

It looks pretty on the outside but was poorly constructed using the cheapest materials around. Pool and other facilities are all closed when the office closes due to vandalism. Only one security who just sits at the front. Gate open all the time. Construction workers in and out during day leaving trash. Dangerous animals in the ponds. People speed thru the parking lot, no speed bumps to slow anyone down.

WAY too many unsupervised children running around at all hours.
