Yes this is new, and yes this is pretty, but the staff doesn't care, and maintence doesn't either. You can't get a hold of the owners, and safety here is frightening! The gate is open, and rarely working. All they do is post warnings, and the robberies continue. We have rented most of our life, and have never seen anything like this. We are leaving this area as soon as our lease is over. We are moving to a safer area and using this website to make sure it is a decent complex. Our rent is sky high and we aren't getting what we pay for by any means. This is outrageous! Our apt has numerous problems, as does others in the complex. Those being roof leaks, foundation problems, etc. This is built on a marsh so it has water problems. Don't attempt to lease here, you don't know what you'll be getting into. It's not just a pretty place. It's a horrible nightmare and the staff doesn't care about helping you at all. We've been here since they opened! Just can't wait to leave this nightmare and wake up to a happy life again.
