I would not suggest anyone rent here.
They put up a good front when you come in to lease, but after you move in, they can care less is you are satisfied or not. Many things stay unfinished. Staff is rude and could care less. Obvious they can't keep good employees. Grounds are not maintained. Fire hazards, frequent break ins, no security. It is obvious they are not doing background checks because there are some shady characters living her. We are breaking our lease and buying a home. This was the first place we have lived in Florida and this experience as totally turned us off to apartment living in Florida.
Don't let the beauty of the complex fool you. Most of the time the hot tub doesn't work, the pool is dirty, and you can't use the clubhouse or gym so beware. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
