I have lived in a couple of places throughtout my stay in Tampa and comparing them to most, You get your monies worth. I have been living here for 2yrs and I never had any problems with either the staff not my neighbors. I would refer a friend any day...Why' Choose your neighbor...AS a matter a facted I'm renewing hopefully to stay another 2yrs
