Due to poor design the area with the most residents has the least amount of parking, so be prepared to walk. When I spoke to the office of this problem they advised that I could rent a garage, no thanks. I don t know if my neighbors make any noise because the sweet sounds of re-construction fill the air. For the past four months there has been an array of construction workers re-doing all of the initial poor construction. I have not heard of the robberies and I have no complaints about safety. There are several cracks in my apartment already from settling and I have noticed several large cracks already in the pavement and sidewalks. As far as the maintenance staff, lets just say they will get to it when they can. And finally I should have seen the sign, when I arrived to pick up my keys the day before i was to move in I found that some one else had already moved in to the apartment that I had made my deposit for. When I informed the wonderful office staff every one looked at me like I was crazy and no one had a clue as to what had happened. I had to leave all my stuff in a U-haul truck and me and my girlfriend slept on a friends couch. The only solution was to put me in a more expensive apartment. Well if you plan on moving here for the nature views, like I did, be aware that there is a super target being built next door with more construction to follow.
