Well... where should I begin.. Mallory Square apartments are not worth the money they expect you to pay. Since the day we moved in we have had nothing but problems. When we moved in our carpets were NEVER cleaned from the last occupant (GROSS!) our dishwasher did not work.. it took them over 2 weeks to come fix that. We gave them our phone number to program at the front gate so that our friends could get in over 3 months ago and it still has not been done yet. When we went to the office to find out why we were told they were too busy working on other things! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!! They are constantly doing construction on the buildings.. EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS.. so don't plan on sleeping in.
OH and they do not give you notice when they will be sending thier contractors into your apartment to do work.. I woke up one morning to several men coming in my front door!!!
There are several apartment communities in the area.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
