I have lived here for almost 12 months, and I am ready to go! The office staff cant ever locate anything, they lose everything and i have seen 3 "file audit" letters to my door within 12 months- And they still cant get it right! Oh! Also keep records of everything you give them! Rent checks, notices, etc...they wont be able to locate what you gave them when you move out. I havent seen one person from the office staff that has lasted more than 2 months, they come and go, thats why im telling you, keep everything!! The place is going straight to the dumps, i recently found out that the property is "bank owned!!!-yes went into foreclosure, and now the bank owns this big property that is not being taken care of anymore!! That is exactly why they were giving all these specials, like 3 months free.... specials bring "special" kind of people! I have already noticed that with some of my new neighbors. Yes its a great deal compared to what everyone else is doing, but remember "you get what you pay for!" You will notice that after a few months. We have placed only 3 work orders since we have been here, and not one of them was even completed! we gave up calling after they said they would be out to fix stuff and they never showed up! You can rent a home right now for the money we pay to live here. The market is down in occupancy, so people will take what they can get in rent!! Take my advice and dont rent here- You will regret it!

Wow, I am thank god that I am no longer live there. I purchased a house when I broke the lease. Now I own my property. I am loving it. If your not happy, I suggest buy a house.

I find Mallory Sqare a beautiful property with great surrounding areas. Apartment communitities in the area are all running specials or have even lowered rent in some cases. The condo conversions have definitely impacted the apartment market, the fact is there have been articles in the Tampa papers stating the impact. Sounds like someone just needs to vent. I love Mallory Square and I plan on staying here a long time. It has great natural surroundings, great schools, its close to the bike trails, shopping, the veteran's expressway and Tampa airport. I am glad for the resident that moved out and purchased a home...I hope I will be able to buy one day. In the meantime don't feel sorry for me because I like where i am right now just fine.
