I dont know what people are complaining about. this is a great place to live. the views are great, the staff is nice, and things are clean and maintained. I couldnt be happier then living here. every apartment complex has issues and compairing mallory square with the many otehr places i lived this is like paradise. for all those people who gave bad reviews - i doubt they have lived in other places around the area.
