its always the people that have nothing nice to say about anything that can't say anything nice. If you aren't happy living here then you propbably aren't happy living anywhere. We have lived here almost 2 years and havent had issues, the only thing is at the beginning in construction our bathroom cabinets didn't line up with one another, but hay that happens on new construction. If residents that arent so impatient waiting for the gates to open then the gates would be working otherwise. The office staff is always willing to help with any issues. The amenities are great here.

This post is a joke. These posts are being made by employees to offset the low ratings. This "resident" says they've been living here for "almost 2 years" but their years at this apartment (at the top) says 2007-2007. Guess they were making their story up as they went. The employee posts also always dismiss complaints by the REAL RESIDENTS saying the complaining residents wouldn't be happy anywhere and also justifies Mallory Square for having gates that haven't been working for over 4 WEEKS! Hardly something a resident would do. And they always say something about how helpful the staff is so their bosses will think there doing a great job. Don't believe these posts for a second. Scam artists.
