Just yesterday, I was approached by a couple of kids wanting me to let them into the Rec room to play some basket ball. When I asked them where their card was, they said they didn't live there, they just wanted to play. o.O Uhm, no.

Kids loitering near the mail area (this time of year, especially) make me nervous. The trash piles up during the weekend and the compacter is most often broken now. The rules are posted on the side of the trash unit, and hand written in is #4. Break down all boxes. Even if you do, it still jams up. The residents with animals DON'T curb their dogs, I've yet to see anyone with little baggies. They let them poop in the green grass. Sure it's extra ferterlaizer, but damned if it doesn't stink.

I've got a 3 bedroom unit, My tile comes up on my feet in each of the bathrooms. I've had my toilet break on me, and try as I like no one's come out to fix it yet. And yes I've called on it. So I've given up and just turn off the water on it. Water here is weird, I think I'm paying for a portion of the whole buildings.

This place is NOT someplace to recommend. Honestly, if you take the time to read reviews. Look at the ones that aren't written by the employees. We're the ones not blowing sunshine up your buttholes. We'll tell you like it is.

Is it pretty' Yes. Is it well landscaped' Yes. Is it safe' NO! The lights are out in the back half of the complex, the gates almost NEVER work, and when they work, they break 2 weeks later. Do not, I repeat, do not rent here, this place is a staph infection waiting to be lanced.
