I have lived here for two and a half years. I have no issues with anything at Mallory Square Apartments. I love how my apartment is set up and the placement of rooms. I walk around the complex at night almost on a daily basis. I am definetly resigning when my lease is up. I have family in the area who all compliment my complex and they have all lived in other apartments complexes prior to living in houses and tell me they wish Mallory Square was open when they were renting. I never hear anything from the surrounding apartments and definetly never smell food through the walls. I do reccomend Mallory square to everyone.

HAHAHA. This place is ridiculous. And the management staff are completely INCOMPETENT. I do not live here (thank God for small favors) because I was screwed over by a staff member who acted VERY unprofessionally: I was looking into a 3-bedroom with two friends of mine when we decided just to do a 2-bedroom and handle issues with the third potential roommate accordingly. Stephanie, the useless, nosy ----- in the office opened her big mouth and called the third person to tell her that we were 'going behind her back' and then called ME to tell me that the girl was mad at me!!! WHO DOES THAT!?! Highschool, anyone? A few months later I had a phone call complaining about 'trash and roaches outside my front door'. I DON'T EVEN LIVE HERE! Haha. But I have to admit that it is all pretty funny to me. I'm just sorry for the residents there. Dead bodies? ICK.

Whoever wrote this review stated that there's nothing wrong with Mallory.... it's great .... blah blah blah... Then why the hell are you "definitely leaving when your lease is up?????"
