Yes, this place caught our attention when we first came in and looked at the nice new apartments and the landscaping. The one bedroom apartment is nicely laid out too with a beautiful bathroom and new appliances. Unfortunately, that is where the enjoyment stops.

Upon moving in, we were told that the parking was not a problem and there was plenty, right.......!!! The person who told us that worked here for about a month after we moved in and does not work here anymore. I have lived here for 12 months (14 month lease) and I have been able to park near or close to my building maybe 2 months worth of days. Most of the time I am forced to park in the very back of the apartment complex by the tennis courts when I live up towards the middle of the complex. Having to do this at night with outside lights that don't work has not been fun to do. This is a big problem in my book. I should feel safe and don't.

Speaking of being safe....the gates NEVER work. What is the point and does our rent coast include the gates, god I hope not. Even if they did work, the amount of people that just pile in when someone that does live here opens it is just insane. If you are going to pay for a gated community it should include a guard at the gate. Never will I pay for electric gates on a community again, what a waste!!

Ok, should I talk about how poorly constructed these apartments are' No offense to the people above me, but when I can here the person peeing in the apartment above me, yes that is correct, I think I am staying in a hotel. Every move they make and conversation that is spoken if not used in a quiet tone has been heard. I have lived in apartments on the bottom floor and have never had such a problem as I do now with upstairs neighbors. This is at no fault to them and I am sure would be emabarrased if they knew half the stuff I could hear.

Last but not least, yes the trash is over flowing several times a month, peoples cars are being keyed and spray painted on, I have kids that don't live in the apartment complex asking me to let them into the basketball and gym area and yes the dead body in the lake gave me the willies. Oh and whomever is pulling the fire alarms as a joke at night is really got nothing better to do and it is really sad. Unfortunatly I would not recommend this place to anyone. Although I do think Stephanie is great and has helped me several times with smaller issues. Thanks Stephanie! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
