My husband and I rented an apartment at Mallory Square because it was new and we thought that it was well maintained. Our AC never worked the entire year we were there. We had issues with construction in one of the bathrooms; tile wasnt put in the shower stall correctly, the toilet wasn't affixed to the floor. On top of this, we could hear all of our neighbors because the walls were thin. There also isn't enough parking available for each building so you can end up parking a nice distance away from your apartment.
