At least a warning about the parking would be nice. If you arrive after 8 or 9pm expect to park 4 to 5 buildings down, this is no exageration. The gate rarely (more like never) works but there is a courtesy officer on the premises at night riding around in a car. Yes its true the walls are paper thin. I can only suggest, if they place you in an apartment that you check out the parking situation in the evening hours when people are off work, also check the walk ways of your building, if they are filled with cigarette buds expect people to be outside smoking and talking all of the time. Also check in front of your neighbors doors, if you see trash stains then believe that your neighbors leave trash out side their door for days. I do like the management they are as helpful as possible, but a lot of things are out of their control.
