The maintance supervisor is a panty sniffing freak I.E THE GUY THAT WEARS THE HAT . that guy knows what he did and how he leared at my little girl. Sick pervert, and come to find out he's the maintance supervisor! Contact the office. Nothing going to be done anyways. How many times have I came to you about the front gate,muggings in the dark parking lot, the gangs that smoke marijuana and drink in the hallways at 2 in the mourning , the garbage pilling up at the compactor, the dirty hallways and nasty grounds, cheap repairs, need I keep going. Nothing has been done on any of these matters. So why would I even come to you anymore. All in all worst place to live I've made a 13 month mistake. Prospects if you want to live like this then this dump is the place to come. If you want to pay $1100 plus to live in a thrash can then this is the place for you. TO ALL FEMALE RESIDENTS: DO NOT LET THE MAINTNACE IN YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOU BEING PRESENT THE MAINTANCE SUPERVISOR IS A BALD DIRTY PANTY SNIFFER

As management for this community, several of these comments are concerning to us; however this particular comment is a direct defamation of character to one of our associates. If indeed this situation has occured we encourage you to conact the office immediatley. We also advise all residents or prospects reading this site to keep in mind anyone has access to the internet and it is our belief this comment and many others are personal attacks on our associates. Trying to protect how bad the place is. I agree with jlargel1974 100% you guys don???t care at all!!!! And the guy sounds like a freak, again to whoever finds this site believe everything you read here had my wife & I found this site prior to our move in we would have never moved into Mallory Square.

This place is a dump, do not move here! The apartment homes are over priced, there is absolutely no value in it. My car has gotten broken into to, a body was found in the lake (to this day no cause of death has been revealed), staff has a tendency of misplacing rent then blaming the tenant for not paying, the trash compactor is not big enough and only one for 14 buildings, parking is a joke (I honestly counted 48 apartment units for 36 spots in the back corner of the property, thats not even enough parking for residents imagine the nightmare visitors go through!), I can go on and on with the complaints. I have contacted management in person several times and nothings been done about any of it! only false promises, don't move here, there are better apartment homes within a mile radius of this dump for hundreds of dollars cheaper.

The people at mallory sq have it so easy,the schools are close. The office has things to keep your children busy after school,I love it here and I come from a rich area but I wanted to rent here so my child would keep busy and closer to school.when I move out in the future back to my home in tampa he said he is going to miss mallory sq.so as a parent I know what is best,and this has been the best.
