i agree with the majority of the people who have posted here. it looks really nice at first and it is really nice for about a month.
then you realize you can hear your neighbors clear as day. they aren't even being loud. and then you discover that your toilet isn't fixed to the floor. and the kitchen sink faucet is loose. and you have to park around the corner from your apartment because they didn't make enough spots per resident.
there were 12 3-bedroom apartments in my unit. the walls were paper thin. the neighbors below would let the door slam and my walls would shake. and, we all had bugs. i mean, with paper thin walls if one place has bugs, all the apartments have bugs.
there was a gate that didn't work more then 3 days in the 6 months i lived there. not that it mattered since the whole perimeter wasn't fenced in. what's the point of having a gate'
so, i would not recommend this apartment. i don't think it's worth the money it costs to live there.
