The service here has gotten worse since the new management company took over. While they are putting a lot of money into the property, the service is getting worse. There is one person, I believe the new assistant manager who never follows up on anything when you speak to her. She will tell you she is taking care of something then doesn't do it.

The buildings are being painted and the painters leave trash everywhere. They throw paint, caulk and other items in the preserve areas behind the building. They slam ladders against our building early in the morning (I work evenings). It has taken months for the painting to be done. Our door was painted the other day and we weren't even advised it was going to be done. We opened our door and realized the paint was wet. Sometimes notices are placed on the door then the work is done on a different day than is noted on the notice. It just doesn't seem like the left hand knows what the right is doing.

The appliances are very cheap and don't expect your dishwasher to work right. We have tiles popping up all over our kitchen and the toilet paper holder has fallen off the wall a million times. When our lease is up we are buying a house. We are sick of paying big bucks to live in a cheap apartment.

I agree this place is AWFUL! The appliances are beyond cheap. Do not rent here.
