Multiple issues with things breaking, poorly constructed overall, and they come into your apartment without calling and say they knock (what if someone was walking out of the shower and bam, there is a maintenance person)!!!. I plan to move as sooooooooon as I can. This place is awful, not enough time exists to describe the deplorable conditions. Go anywhere else. This place is not up to the standards of the Westchase area unless you think shoddy construction and falling apart apartments are indicative of the Westchase area, I didn't. If you value your life or those you love...this is not the place for you. Overpriced also!!!!! For the number of repairs needed the rent should only be $400 a month, it is a lot more than that!!!!
FYI: maintenance even leaves things in the apartment and if come in when not here to complete a job...no paperwork is left. SCARY!!!
Also people are outside yelling or the music is booming out of there cars sometimes at 3AM! When someone closes a door it echoes thru the building, if a door is slammed then one can feel the jolt! Again, SCARY!!!
The positive, the only one is that some of the people are nice that work here but nice does not help when things constantly break and safety is an issue!
