| 05/25/2010 | I find it interesting that thte reviews written from 2002 - 2004 are exceptional - now Manhattan Palms is falling apart, the management is non-existent - I have tried for over a week to contact someone regarding a water issue (did you know there is no shut-off valve for your invidividual condo??) No one ever calls back. Anyone know how to contact a board member?? I had to contact the city to get the water shut off to have some work done and I personally have to write, copy and distribute notices to the tenants??? What am I paying a ...
