HORRIBLE!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
There is a roach problem that they can't seem to correct, every major appliance isn't working even after they "fix" it. Friend also moved into complex several months after I did and had same problems with his apartment. Management has unreasonable requests such as asking me to sign a renewed lease but then not giving me a renewed lease to sign then attempting to evict me with less than 30 days notice.
