this was my first apartment ever, I stayed for about a year and a half,
I had no problems with roaches i guess it depends on you! I never saw not one roach,
It is somewhat ghetto tho, there are kids in the street at all hours of the night,
and i used to dance so on my way to work these little 13 year old kids would try and get at me all the time,
I was also attending school and it was really cheap living something that i could afford at the time.
I have woke up and have had my car broken into there, and almost every week there was police there becasue a stolen car was in our lot.
The kids there have no manners at all!
I have woken up to see raveoli sauce and shi* on my car.
the kids will play football around the cars becasue they have no play area and would hit some of the surrounding cars. There are drug heads all around there and people that shouldnt be around and dont even live there all the time becasue its an open community....
the office people are nice and do fix things when i have asked them to.
I dont like to get the mail becasue i feel like everyone is looking at me at times or i feel someone is watching me,
the parking really sucked!

if you have kids i dont recommend this place to you,
if you are a college student with no kids and a run down car then this place is perfect for you,
good luck,

oh and also when ever i left they tried to slap me with alot of fees like 40$ for cleaning the kitchen 80$ for bathroom 20$ for kitchen cabnets,
i thought the cabnets and kitchen was the same area,
i guess ts another way to make there money! those jerks

oh and there are demestic cases there all the time,
i was one of them and so was 2 other women in just my building,
thats a shame how many cases come along!

and when i went to renew my lease they tried to make my rent go from 440 to 540, i was shocked and pissed becasue i was still a student and now living alone without a roommate and ended up having to give up my lease
