I was a graduate student living alone when I lived at Marquis Apartments and I have to say I am very surprised by the comments. The only problem I had when I lived there is the kids thinking they owned the place. I would find them sitting on my porch almost every day (One time a kid even tripped my breakers by sticking something in my outside socket) Other than that, the apartments are well maintained and very nice for your money. As for the parties, in the time I lived there the noise NEVER went past midnight and it was almost never during the week. I never had trouble parking and always felt very safe leaving my car there. The office manager is very efficient and I believe she just tries to make sure things run right. I was never bothered by her unless I went to her office to talk to her. Any one who rents and doesn't expect their rent to go up when you resign is crazy and obviously has never rented before. I highly reccommend living in Marquis Apartments
