We lost our security deposit when she walked the apartment and saw an ink stain that settled in the dark blue carpet that was the size of a quarter. I thought that was pretty outrageous considering that it was the only thing that she found wrong. When she did her inspection, she even pulled out the refrigerator to make sure that the floor under it was clean! The parking was horrible. At first it was assigned but then,she changed it and it still didn't make a world of difference because we lived in the back and parking was still bad. We had our car towed on Easter morning and she was very insensitive and rude considering that we had our children's Easter baskets inside of the car at the time that it was towed. All she kept saying is that we should park our car in the front of the complex which is maybe a 2 minute walk past where her apartment is.By the way, she still kept an assigned parking spot for herself even after she got rid of assigned parking for everyone else. There was really no more parking until you walked to the parking lot which is facing right on Armenia. The neighbors were also pretty noisy but our apartment was in very good shape. The only way I would move back there is if the parking was plenty and if Shriley Stepp was no longer the manager there.

do they do inspections regularly or just when you are moving out?
