terrible service and greedy management

I have been in the apartment at Marquis at Waterview for almost a year. From the last week of April,2008 to May 20,2008, I lived without a functional AC unit. I called emergency service, requested service from the management office, and emailed the directors of management teams. It took so long for the management to respond, and finally it took only one day for the AC unit to be replaced, a simple job which was not done in time. This was a terrible experience especially considering the sweating days in Dallas area, where my apartment was above 86 F. Terrible, and bad.
What is even worse is that there has been mice problem in my apartment in the past couple of months and nothing effective was done until I threatened to move out. Now it is so bad that many items in my kitchen area have to be tossed. Unhealthy situation in the apartment finally made me determined to move the hell out.
I have seen the Marquis management team try their best to evade responsibilities on these issues. The service teams are slow in maintaining good conditions. They are greedy in making tenants signing leases that have restrict terms. What a bad example in apartments management industry.
I can not tolerate this inefficient greedy and low-rate management any more.
