I have lived here for almost two years now and I have been very pleased with my stay. I am only moving because of job changes, which make for a near impossible commute. Admittedly, this is in the "ghetto" and there have been a few car break ins, but overall everyone has been great. Do not move here if you want to make friends with your neighbors, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. (Which is actually kind of nice) Oh, except for Johnny...he will talk your ear off if you let him!!! The office staff is kind of weird...Mary can be rude, but she knows her stuff. Carmen is wonderful, but she often doesn't know what is going on. The maintenance staff is very nice, but don't expect the office to do anything for you. I asked on 6 different occasions to have my counter-tops repainted and after two months they finally told me they would do it, but only if I paid for it. I have heard from other tenants that you can pretty much kiss your deposit goodbye, because they will find any reason to not refund it to you. Overall, the place is exceptionally quiet and a great deal for the price. Oh, by the way, the floorplans are amazing...and any of you looking at Turtle Creek will find the same floorplan for about $50-100 less.
