Management-EXTREMELY rude!!! There is only 1 staff member who is nice.
Pools- actually kept very nice, they just replaced fencing and looks nicer now.
Maintenance-staff doesnt really know what they are doing, however once something important is completely broke they are prompt in replacing it. Fridge broke and maint. turned it off 3 times spoiling all food inside and reasoning was that it was froze up. Since that obviously didnt work they replaced fridge without any hassle, I didnt even ask, I just came home and a new one.
Quality- they are cheaply made but they dont look too bad. The only complaint is the cabinets are old and warped underneath.
Parking-there is one lot for tenants only accross from the office and that is a nightmare. Every time it rains 7 spots get about 1ft of water so you either dont park there or get stuck there. Other parking is fine.
Safety-so,so. Meridians not the problem, Broadmoor and Brookside are. If they weren't there, then it would be safe.
Price-regular price is definately not worth it , but their gov. program is. Its NOT section 8, but if you make under around 20,000 (not sure exact amount because they wont say) all 1 beds are 493, and if you have dependents 2 beds are 550. However, these apt #s are limited.
Overall- for 493 what do you except'
