You Won't Get Your Deposit Back

Meridian will find any reason to keep your deposit and possibly charge you more for normal wear and tear of your apartment after you move out. Myself and NUMEROUS other people have had this happen when we moved out of the complex. If you don't want your deposit back, move to Meridian! Rent goes up $40 dollars every year. While the complex may look nice, there is a huge mold problem that they actually warn you about on your lease, and you're responsible to prevent it by spraying Clorox anywhere you see mold in your apartment. While the grounds may look nice from the outside the area and complexes around it are ghetto. That area is going downhill and Meridian is going with it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
