Whatever you do Don't move into that DUMP. Honestly, I am not the one to complain, but you needed to be warned. I did everything by the book, I scrubbed my aparment from top to bottom and yet they were able to find a way keep my $250 deposit! The manager has the personality of an Ox! They all seem nice and friendly at first, soon as you sign your lease they can careless. I had major mold problems, major plumbing problems, my ceiling leaked and the list of issuses goes on and on! This is a crappy aparment complex it looks okay on the outside but the insides are very very old, dull and dingy. The only upgrades that are done are always to the outside never the insides. The carpet is 100 years old and they had the nerve to charge me for that ugly gray dingy carpet, which I did clean considering the condition it was in. They charged me for a screen that was never there. There are 2 machines in the gym thats about 150 years old and they have the nerve to call that a gym. Whatever you do don't move into that dump!

I was planning to drive there tomorrow monday sept 15 i think it is and rent a one bedroom. these reviews sound truthful. the insides of many apartments look old, dingy, people nice until you sign lease. : ( where am i going to live : ( one adult female section 8 voucher veteran sad... dmmpltr@yahoo.com marie

I agree.. They got me too. The Manager was horrible and I had to threaten them because they threatened me about the mail coming into my box. I told them that it was a federal offense and blah blah blah. I did get the balloons etc on Bday and renew of lease day. But on my day to move they told me to turn in my key that sunday. Well I couldnt and had one of my friends do it and they charged me for Sunday. I told them to take it out of my deposit and they wouldnt. They kept the deposit and charged me 385 for IDK what, which is still on my credit and the deposit hasnt been cashed. But I hated living there. And they obviously didnt care. They had the nerve to tell my new landlords that I partied all the time and had alot of complaints. None of which were true.. Those B****es. I dont know what to do to get them off my credit report and fix this problem.
