When I first moved into the meridian they were extremely nice at first. W During ur birthday they give u balloons, candy, the works. When u renew ur lease, they give u a free carpet cleaning and give u coffee mugs and everything. As soon as I decided not to renew my lease this year, all hell breaks loose. First of all, I turned in my paper to move out and they gave me such an attitude as if I was stealing something from them. After that, I cleaned that apartment from top to bottom and turned my keys in . Two days later i get a certfied letter stating all the things i didnt do. They charged me $5 dollars for a small pile of dirt that I swept up but forgot to throw out. They claimed I didnt pay my water bill when I paid in online. When I called the lady in the office stated that she was gonna send me a correction and that she had 30days to give me the rest of my deposit back and she gave me an attitude. I told her that they were the rudiest ------- I have ever met and I my deposit was not paid back properly that I would seek legal counsel. Here it is now at the end of the month and I have yet to recieve my deposit back. I would not recommend anyone to move in this place. Aside from the surrounding getting worse, the management is extremely rude. The price is extremely good but not worth the bad attitude of the management. If I were the owners of this place, I would seriouly consider new management. There is a certain way that you are to treat people. I am not asking for u to suck up to me but when a person has renewed there lease for for four years, a certain level of respect is to be honored.

I agree, I lived at Meridian for years without any problems with management- until I ended my lease. I was very disappointed with the way management acted and because of that and the location I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
