I think it is time for new management, it is true that they are fire breathing dragons, the smoking is terrible. They two women treat you like a school child and dismiss you when you have a problem or they write part of the information down and don't complete it. They come into your apartment without your consent. They do not offer carpet cleaning as said in contract. There has been no gym for almost a year. The maintence is shoddy at best, and there after hour call line is a joke. I vote for new mangagement that truly care about their jobs and not sitting by the pool talking about the tenants...you want to look at an apartment, here is a key go look, I'm smoking right now, don't bother me. tsk tsk
