I have lived here for 2 years and I was not going to renew my lease last year because my apt was not in good shape and they didn't seem to want to make the repairs but when I told them I was leaving they said they had hired on new maintenance and they did, the new guy fixed all of my problems so I renewed. I guess now there is new ownership, but no one has bothered to send notes to our apts. to let us know, we have to hear by word of mouth which seems very shady to me. I started to question what was going on when I started seeing all new maintenance and office staff(they finally had someone good and today when I called something in I was told he no longer works for the new company my score below for maonteance is not for immigrant maintenance),rumor has it that they are slowly replacing everyone with cuban refugees that don't speak a lick of english, they just look at you like you are an alien when you ask them a question.
They advertise an after hours property attendant, but I haven't seen one in atleast 2 months so there is no security and this area needs it- there is no fitness center which they advertise. The office staff has said that the new owners are turning the apts into condos and we will be forced to move out or buy so as I see it why would bother renting someplace that is going to kick you out within the year anyways' Look around there is better in this area I fell for the low price which they are also dramatically raising by $40 every month. One last note the mexican restaurant across the street has loud parties all hours of the night which you can hear throughout the property, the train that passes along Busch will jump you out of bed at 3 a.m. then again at 7 a.m. and various times during the day.
