Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
I lived in Mobley for a year and hated every minute of it. Between rude neighbors, EXTREMELY rude management and hookers being dropped off on the corners... I would have rather lived under a bridge. Management take MONTHS to fix things and can't even keep the property helf-way clean. Would not recommend at all!
