I have lived in Mobley for a year now and it is the perfect place for someone who needs a cheap place to live right near downtown. It is not the safest neighborhood and you deffiantly need to be smart about many things. They recently got new management and there has been lots of changes.
I find the new management to be very unfriendly and rude.
They are no longer signing leases to Full Time students, but they do not verify your credit hours, so there is an easy way to get around that... be a part time student
The community is no longer gated... well it is gated but the gates have been removed.
I live on the 1st floor and we can hear everything that goes on above us, we can even hear then when they are simply walking around (but they are pretty big guys)
Parking is terrible. On many occasions people will be parked in in the middle of the night and they will honk their horn until someone comes and moves their car.
Car alarms go off all the time, for quite a while.
The floorplans are great and I love the way they are set up.
We have not had any matinence issues as of yet.
