Some of the best looking apartments you'll find in Tampa. But if you're not black, you're not welcome there. You'll find not one white person living in this community. Plus they have a lot of social housing in that community as well.
I wouldn't waste my time on that one again!

I find this very offensive. My fiance is white and I'm native american (though I have very light skin). I also know a number of other people who live in the neighborhood who are appear to be of european/anglos-axon decent (aka "white"). While yes there is a large number of "------" there isn't a feeling of unwelcomeness. I have lived there over a year now and while yes there is a number of rent restricted families it is a well mixed income area (and yes some of those white people ARE on rent restrictions). I'm sorry that you felt this way when you came through. Obviously you never took more then a racially scewed drive through. The apartments are very nice nestled right between the arts district of Downtown and Ybor City. To those of you who are looking for a nice place I recommend actually stopping by the office and meeting some of our residents and office people. You'll find a culturally diverse neighborhood that has a lot to offer.
