I've been living here for the past 2 years and not one bad issue has aroused during my residents here. I'm apart of the new generation in the community living here and work here onsite. In any given place there's going to allways been some kind of trouble, but that's anywhere you go. Mobley Park management team has 2 City of Tampa Police Officers living onsite, a 12 hours community officer, and a tow company that comes through periodically checking on cars that do not have stickers on them, which makes room for residents to park. I llok at alot of these comments on here which are 2 to 2 years old, but trust me, I run the after school program here at Mobley Park, and we have not have any major programs in nthe last year. The community of Tampa Heights is changing. Through the City of Tampa Police Department, the Tampa Heights Community has its owe community policing. Trust me. I live here and I will continue to stay here as long as its safe. Believe, I recommend this place. Call me and I'll tell you the truth. sunman7@hotmail.com

Hmm I may be moving in there very soon, and most the reviews i've read are not good. How is the safty for this place? I have a 16 year old who likes to wonder in her own little world. I would ike to know she wont come across anything bad. Is this something I would have to worrie about ?

I walk a lot since I opt for bus travel as opposed to the gas prices right now and i'm also known to wonder in my own little world quiet often =) I can say that I haven't really run into trouble. Try to emphasis that its not safe to be out late at night by *herself* and make sure at least try's to be observant and she should be fine. I know you posted a while ago but i figured i'd but my two cents in.

Hi-I am moving to the Tampa area with my family from Houston soon and am looking for an affordable but safe apartment. I have found many reviews of various apartments complaining of drugs and violence. Can you tell me if you've seen anything like this in this area? Also, I've seen a lot of complaints about mold in the area and have contacted some managers of different complexes but only get "we do our best to keep it clean." Thank you so much for your time!
