I moved into this complex in May and so far the experience has been a good one. My apartment is spacious and bug free. The staff is friendly and courteous. The maintenance team has been timely in getting things fixed when they have broken (which, thankfully, isn't often). The previous review about non------- not being welcome is absolutely not true at all from my experience. While I am in a minority here as a white resident, I don't feel unsafe or unwelcome at all.
