Well I live in Mobley Park now and in the past. When Mobley Park first opened it WAS a wonderful place to live. The apartments are beautiful and have a wonderful amount of space, the town house is to die for, just beautiful. The staff really tries to keep it as clean as possible, but the people that live in the community do not. Staff is friendly and helpful but the manager is becoming less than professional, she is allowing the people to change her style or maybe her true colors are coming out, meaning maybe she was always a little rude and nasty. The landscaping WAS always beautiful although I must admit I thought mangement was a bit hard(Valrie, I wish her and her staff was back)now the landscaping is very very poor, my biggest complaint is the CHILDERN they are everywhere all over the cars, playing football and not moving when coming in the gates.... and speaking on gates, the gates you advertise as Gated, NOT..please get the GATES fixed, the back gate is needed. To sum this up lets get things taken care of!!!!! 1. Get the children under some type of control before it turns into another HOUSING PROJECT, and believe you me it is well on it's way!!!!! Get the GATES FIXED and get the landscaping together.

Yes, some of the lights are not functioning and its very dark in the complex. Who is suppose to be repairing the lights??? This is a liability to the complex if someone is assaulted in the complex during the evening or night.

yeah and the dumpster area is a mess i've seen small children supposively taking out the trash and drops it right outside the dumpster area. It is really a big difference since i've moved here in 2005, the kids stand in the road and do not respect the cars or any adults as a matter of fact they stand by the mailbox area and curse and i've even seen them shooting dice one evening in the breeze way. Ghetto and section-8 has taken over!!
