I lived in Mobley Park for 5 years. When I first moved there in 2004 when Valerie and Nicole where in the office, it was a wonderful place. They were very professional and the complex was ALWAYS clean. There were no children running around being loud. When they left and new management came in, they made it seem that everything would be the same. Well that wasn't true...the gates never got fixed, there was always trash everywhere, children running around all times of night being loud, and please don't let me start on the pool(YUK)! I would not recommend those apartments to anyone and I do mean anyone. I have been gone for a few months now, but I have a friend who still lives there and she HATES it. I went over to her house about a week ago and guess what....nothing has changed. DON'T MOVE THERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

I agree nothing has changed. The Management here now after Christina and Maria appear to be under the impression that this is an all ------- american community. The new manager is ------- american and she hired all new staff all ------- american. Don't get me wrong I am not in the least bit prejudiced however, now where is diversity? The children go where and when they want, talk nasty to you, cuss at you and the real responsible mothers stay inside for fear their children will get caught up in the games outside. The children tear the place apart break into things destroy things mainly due to the fact the mothers babies daddy is living with them, not on the lease and she is too busy with him to look after her own children. The kids here rule till security comes on, when security is not here they run wild, no mothers to help stop this turn of events. I have lived here a long time management turns around within 9 months. It used to be a great place to live now it is more like the Ghetto with management talking to you like your insignificant and Ghetto no manners no politeness, where is Christina and Maria they made this place livable again after so long what does the Management company Pinnacle do they get rid of the only ones who cared and made a difference??? What is wrong with this company and its management? They speak to you like they do not even care if you stay or not and with attitude like okay so what. Maybe they should hire Christina and Maria back and or Valerie or Nicole? As for some individuals who live here as well as the Management who appear to be blind and get upset if you ask a question her it is?? All black parents can do right by their children, and all black children can succeed. There is no reason why not.?? however, when these children speak to you or cuss at you it is so disrespectful, then when the parents come out the children lie and guess what the mothers believe them maybe due to the fact I am black and they see me as a stuck up interfering fool so said one parent to me no wonder these children are like this today? ??Use standard English when you have your kids together, not Black English. They??ll hear enough of that in the streets??Watch the movie My Fair Lady. All cultures discriminate against people who have not mastered the standard language, and when race is involved, it is all that much harder for a nonstandard speaker to feel competent or even at home in the culture.?? If you speak with the Management here you will see what I am talking about they do not give a rats rear end what you think and or what goes on after they leave. The Manger is the worse one of all! Pam and her staff act and feel like we owe them a living instead of they work for a Management Property team. How can Pinnacle be so STUPID?
